This photo shows the first Janus built,
launched in Holland back in 1982


Janus deck

This Janus has aluminium main crossbeams but still uses wood for the mast beam.
Forward "lounging" deck areas are tramploine. The "working" deck and cockpit are ply to give a more reassuring "solid" feel.
